Connecting a Microsoft / Outlook Inbox
Summary
Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 accounts connect in one click. On the Choose provider screen pick Outlook / Microsoft 365 and tap Sign in with Microsoft; authentication happens in Microsoft's own secure window, so you never type your Microsoft password into Mailboard AI. Once you approve access, the inbox is added and its important emails start appearing on the board. If you also signed in to Mailboard AI itself with Microsoft, the app offers to link that same address as an inbox in a single tap.
