Managed AI Plans
Summary
Managed AI plans run all of Mailboard AI's AI features on our cloud, so you don't need your own API key. The Managed AI Plans chooser lists the available subscriptions, each showing its daily allowance of email screenings (classifications) and reply drafts, with a choice of monthly or yearly billing. Purchases are handled through your platform's app store; if you have already bought a plan, Sync purchases restores it. Signing in with Apple is required to sync purchases on Apple devices.
Features
- Plan list — each plan shows Max daily screenings and Max daily reply drafts ("Unlimited" where applicable).
- Monthly / Yearly — pick the billing cycle; the price label updates accordingly.
- Select plan / Checkout — starts the app-store purchase flow; an "Activating your subscription…" state shows while it completes.
- Current plan / Renew — your active plan is highlighted with its cycle and price, with a renew option.
- Sync purchases — restores a subscription already bought on this account (requires Sign in with Apple on Apple devices).
- Daily-limit banners — when a plan's daily screening or reply-draft allowance is used up, the board shows a usage banner until the next day.
Scenarios
Subscribe to a plan
- From AI configuration tap Select plan to open Managed AI Plans.
- Compare the daily screening and reply-draft allowances.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then tap Checkout and complete the app-store purchase.
- Wait for activation; AI features are enabled and the "no AI model" banner clears.
Restore a plan you already bought
- Make sure you are signed in (Sign in with Apple on Apple devices).
- Tap Sync purchases.
- Your active subscription is restored and shown as the current plan.
Renew or change your plan
- Open Managed AI Plans; your current plan is highlighted.
- Tap Renew current plan, or select a different plan and check out.
